How's this for crazy?
Booked a trip last week (ordered the DVD a couple of days before that).
Got "the email" today. Mine was a code for $82 values (isn't that the regular price anyway?!?!?) OR 20% off during certain dates.
Called CRO just now, gave (WONDERFUL) CM the pin code. She couldn't get anything to come up. She tried to use it if she made a new ressie, and it still wouldn't work. So, she put me on hold, and talked to guest services. When she came back, not only did the code apply, but I ended up with 40% off!!! She said that they had sent a bunch of codes out today and they werent' all in the system yet, but guest services confirmed my code and told her to go ahead and take care of it!!
WHOOOHOOOOO!
I'm especially happy, because although it doesn't mean as much money saved for us as for the folks who book more expensive resorts (we're staying at Pop...our kids LOVE it there), we didn't think that we'd be going to disney this year, so in Sept when we were there, we didn't book bounceback
free dining!!
So, it's not "free dining", but saving a couple hundred bucks is still sweet!
Don't give up hope folks!! This is the FIRST time we've ever gotten a "code", and we've been to Disney quite a few times in the last 10 years.
OOOOH! This just made my day....and lots and lots of pixie dust for those who are patiently waiting!!!!
