Off Topic: MNSSHP!

This has nothing to do with a Disney wedding, but I just wanted to announce that I will be going to Mickey's Not So Scarey Halloween Party for the very first time this year and I am soooo excited!! I've been wanting to go ever since I was little and never was able to because of school and college. I have now graduated college, so I am finally free to have some time to travel! I am thrilled and dancing around! I just wanted to know if any other brides have been or will be going?

I have been to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! I went back in 1998! I was there for Christmas and had a blast! It's so much fun to see it snow in Florida! You're going to have a wonderful time!

hey, i am so excited for you i have been there back in 2003 it was awesome i want to go to the christmas party too that looks awesome and it is my favorite holiday you will have a blast and it has special fireworks and parade with a headless horseman. they also have trick or treat throughout the park

I know! I have been looking at everyone's MNSSHP photos on the boards and it looks amazing! I'm obsessed with Halloween, so I can't wait! I'm trying to figure out a costume now...pirate, Cinderella, Tinker Bell....hmmmm...

My fiance and I will be in Disney Oct 11th - 15th to meet with our wedding planner for the first time.. I read that there are some festivities on the 12th, we are hoping to be able to get tickets

We are going to get married at Sunset Point on the first friday in October 2007 and if things work out the way we plan... we are going to the Halloween party that night!!!! I thought it would be awesome to go to MK after the wedding, and since it's in October we are going to bring the whole family to MNSSHP!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait!!!

I'm not exactly sure about what date I'll be there...hoping September 15, but could be pushed back to mid-October. I'm finding out the "for sure" date tonight! I will def. have a report and have plenty of photos to share!!

I'm going on 10/24 and I think I'm just as excited for that as I am for the wedding!! I actually bought my MOH and her family tickets and made us all ADRs at Liberty Tree Tavern...so all I have to do now is figure out what to dress up as!

Any idea of what the weather might be like in the evenings in late Oct?

I just got our tickets tonight to MNSSHP and our nights at All-Star Music for our quick WDW trip! It's just going to be my Mom and me...and I can't wait! We are going to MNSSHP on October 19, so later than originally expected! We're mad we have to wait over a month now, but we are visiting family in Florida before we go...and something came up! Yay! We can't wait!

What resort should we go to for dinner? We have been to Boma, 'Ohana, Chef Mickey's, 1900 Park Fare, and the family style place at Wilderness Lodge....hmmm....the name isn't coming to me at the moment! Any suggestions?

We will be going to the MNSHHP when we are down for our planning session in October. I think we have tickets for Oct 2nd. I went to it last year and it was great, my DF hasn't been there yet. I am trying to talk him into dressing up.
