Are there any hotels/motels close to DL that you can park at while not staying at the hotel/motel? I know Carousel Inn has valet and I fee like you can park there even if you aren't staying but I can't remember for certain.

Can't speak for sure, but generally, hotel valet parking is for hotel guests.

A hotel guest doesn't necessarily have to be staying there. You can be dining at one of the restaurants, attending a function, or just visiting.

Usually the rate is higher than the rate for overnight guests, in those cases.
