Off site house/condo (sleeps 9) with cancellation policy?

We are 2 families looking to rent a house or condo close to Disney with amenities (pool is a must). The problem is that other fmaily is scared off by all of the NO REFUND listings we've seeen on VRBO. We're looking for something similar to what Disney offers for refunds on Room Only ressies -- does that exist off site? August is still 4 months away and they feel a lot can change between now and then.

You are unlikely to find that in private-party home rentals. You'd need to go through a management company (and will pay for the privilege) and even then the terms will be more restrictive than any hotel's policies.

What about insuremytrip .com? Some of there policies have can cancel for any reason. Very reasonable prices.

Have you looked at airbnb at all? They might have some listings without the strict no refund policy...

We rent a 5bd house in Davenport and her policy is full refund if you cancel 30 days before check in date. She is very prompt with replies and is easy to work with. pm me if you are interested in this location. Location is very close to 92 and 27.

Thanks for all of the suggestions! Much to my surprise my travel mates agreed to WBC through Vacation Strategy (thanks CruisingTwins!). So, our first off site stay is 4 months away!
