Hi everyone! When looking at Disney Floral prices, we noticed how inflated they seem to be. So, we are probably going to use an off-site vendor for the MOH bouquet, the corsages for the women and boutennieres for the men. My parents will have a car with them, so they will pick them up the morning of the wedding. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good vendor? We are looking into getting Calla Lillies. Also, will Disney charge me extra, or should I just not mention it at all and they won't know until they see everyone with flowers we didn't order through them?

Thats a gd point - im having the same prob - not sure if i can afford all the floral though disney.

I know someone here used raining roses!

Yeah, they just seem so expensive for flowers. It's something like $200 for a MOH bouquet or something like that and then I have to remember that is in American and change that into Canadian. Seems like a lot for something we can't bring home with us!

Hey Tink-

Look into Whimsical Wey. I have no idea on their pricing, though. I fell in love with their flowers after running a Google image search. I kicked myself in the rear when I later found out that they were located in Orlando.

I am unsure of why your prices are so high (unless it is the conversion). My bouquet, which is a huge cascade with a lot of stephanotis (very expensive, I've come to find out) was just barely higher than that. I can't see why a MOH bouquet would be that high... her's was half the cost of mine, but that's becuase we chose to let her have a large bouquet with the flowers of her choice- ivory roses and stephanotis- like the one below.

Are you using in-season flowers? Have you looked into beefing your flowers out with more greens and less flowes? It will give them the same full look, but at a fraction of the cost.

Also, consider using Keepsake Floral to presere your bouquet, or even your MOH's. They make it very, very easy for Disney brides to drop the bouquet off at the front desk and not have to worry about anything for a few weeks when the flowers are preserved.

HTH!

You know what, in my school induced daze I may have been looking at bridal bouquets rather than MOH! Thanks for the info though, I'm pretty sure we are still using an outside vendor for the additonal flower pieces.

whoops sorry posted the wrong link....too early!!!
