Off Property Question / Taxi

My husband and I are planning our first trip home for early December. We will be staying at OKW "hopefully" we own in SSR but have heard good things about OKW and its relaxed atmosphere.

My question is, our daughter really wants to go to Sea World while we are on vacation, we are going for 8 days so I thought we could definately do at day there. Does anyone know how much a taxi ride for 3 would cost from OKW to Sea World or if there are any other modes of transportation for this one time out of park trip?

I think Mears will transport you, but with three a taxi might be just as cheap. Sorry I don't have a clue what a taxi would cost.

I contacted Yellow Cab that runs between Disney locations. They quoted me $35 for a one way trip from OKW to Sea World. Does that seem high? I wondered if it would be cheaper to rent a car at Disney for a day. Any suggestions??
