Off-Property hotel that sleeps 6??

I have stayed at the Double Tree Guest Suites and was really happy there. There were two queen (I believe) beds with a door to close off to the living area, with a sofa bed, and kitchenette. Granted, it's been 7 years since I've stayed so it may be different now.

Next year when I go with my family, we rented a 4 bedroom condo at Lighthouse Key & Resorts. There are 9 of us going (7 adults / 2 kids) and the sleeping arrangements are already made. It has 2 master bedrooms (with bathrooms), a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with a trundle, full kitchen, laundry room, etc. It is exactly what we were looking for and when split between all of us, it's definitely affordable.

I really like the Caribe, they have 2 bedroom that sleeps 8, (1 king in master, 2 queens in 2nd bedroom and pullout queen in the living room).

We just stayed here and it was reasonable and very nice and CLEAN!. It has a full kitchen and dining area. There are 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. We had a $30/night food credit allowance as well. I thought a good deal and probably not much more of a drive than the values to the parks. Also, no parking/resort fees.

We are at Regal Palms right now. Our townhouse is 4 bedrooms 3 full baths with kitchen and washer dryer. We are about 60 seconds from the pool area which has a water slide and a small but faster moving lazy river. Everyone in our party of 8 is thrilled with our resort from Grandma's to 3 yr olds. We are in Davenport so it is a 20 min drive to most things. I rented through VRBO. It was my first time offsite and I am loving it!

We are looking at this one.

I've stayed at Vista Cay and Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Out of the two, I would choose Bonnet Creek hands down. The location is much better, you are just a hop and skip away from the parks. Vista Cay was about a 20 minute drive. Also, I preferred the accommodations at Bonnet Creek. They had more amenities and the units are larger, more room to spread out.

Caribe Royale resort! They have two bedrooms 1 king, 2 doubles and a fold out couch in the living room plus it comes with a kitchen that is great if you are traveling with kids.

Caribe Royale. It has a little separate living area with a pullout couch. The nice thing about them is no resort fees or parking fees. I snatched a great deal through hotwire for them a few weeks ago.
