Off-peak dining prices

I'll be going to WDW mid-September and have ADRs for Hoop Dee Doo, Le Cellier, Biergarten and Boma. While I know that prices at HDDR and Le Cellier are set, I was wondering if prices lower for Biergarten and Boma in off-peak times?

In peak times they charge an extra $4 for adults and an extra $2 for children at fixed price restaurants. In the off peak they don't charge it. So the price will be lower than it is in peak season. But if you're asking if they have another, separate, lower price for the very lowest seasons, no, they don't.
