# of posts to post links?

Hello from WDW!!

I'm trying to post a pic for this weeks photo contest but apparently I don't have the postcount to be able to do so

I checked the faq but couldn't find the # of posts I need to be able to post links. Anyone know this #? Or as a newcomer am I just out of luck this week?

I think it took longer for me, or maybe the difference was how long it took me to learn how to post one.
But if you have problems mail it to me and I will put it on my site and reply here to show it.
