Before it ends, what does the word "lite" mean in all the AKL titles?

My first impression was that the thread was on a diet....or sort of like easy reading (something like that).

But then, I started thinking that maybe the word had an African meaning that I didn't know about.

Can someone shed some light on the lite?

There's a LONG story behind it - which is best not publicly discussed! Kimmar has hosted an AKL FAQ thread for years.............Skipping forward (quite) a bit, Kimmar's AKL-themed threads are not exclusively about AKL -- they do go off-topic from time to time!! Hence, the "Lite"!!!
