I called today and cancelled a one night stay at a hotel in Valdosta I had booked for our trip next month with Travelocity. We are going to drive straight thru. Everything went fine, got it cancelled, they sent an email to me and stated I would get every penny back into my account.
But I will add this was the third call.
The first two times I called, I went with the automated system. And on both calls when I hit the #3 for a cancellation I some how got disconnected.
Odd huh? Just thought I would share.
