Odd question regarding payment

Long story but I'll try to shorten it. In Jan 2020 we bought 2 150 point contracts direct at Riv. Our original plan was to pay 1/2 with our Disney visa then (which we did) and the rest the next month. Well then disaster struck and all of our restaurants closed down. We have made a few more smaller payments instead of the large lump sump we'd planned and member services has been ok with it. We have less than 4K left. Can that be paid with gift cards? Or is it only dues that can be paid with gift cards? I want to get this taken care of asap, but I've had a heard time getting a hold of member services.

No, you cannot purchase DVC with gift cards. You can pay the dues with gift cards though.
