Is anyone interested in doing an October trip goal thread? Just like the "Get in Shape & Lose Weight for August 2014" thread.
I'm going the last week of October. I have some very ambitious costume dreams. I also have 60lbs of extra weight, most which it came on in the last year due to medical stuff. I'm making changes in my life - gym sessions, eating healthy - but I worry that it's too little or too late. (My Dad died of diabetes & obesity last Thanksgiving.)
Anyway, I'm looking for some accountability, and it'd be great to connect with folks who are also going to be at MNSSHP.

I have to admit, it's easier for me to work on the eating plan than getting the exercise in so this week, I started going back to the gym. Up until this week, I have not been very active. I am interested in working up to being able to walk a lot (we are going to WDW the end of Sept./early Oct). Also, I'd love to tone up! I don't expect to lose the rest of my 30 lbs. by the time of our WDW trip, but will keep working on losing lbs. and getting fit. Any helpful tips are appreciated. I just began walking on the treadmill so haven't worked up to 30 min. but close! I think I'll also get out my Leslie Sansone walk dvd's and add to it.
