This question had interesting results. Some knew everything, some knew the character and some knew the location!

This was Gadget Hackwrench (I accepted just Gadget) from Chip n Dales Rescue Rangers. The location was Cafe Mickey at the Disney Village, Disneyland Resort Paris.

That's a relief of a sort. I was a little concerned that I couldn't puzzle even a possible answer for any element of this quiz. I've never been to DLRP, so that explains being clueless on location. I can only confess not having ever watched Rescue Rangers! Whew, for a few minutes there I was worried about my aging brain.
