This was Gideon from Pinocchio. The picture was taken at the front of Epcot by the leave a legacy plinths. Mel Blanc voiced the character but most of it was cut from the film and the only thing left was some hiccups!

Not questioning your answers, but I have a question about one of them. Wasn't it Gideon and Foulfellow who sang "Hi-diddl-di de (sp?), an actor's life for me"? It's been a loooooooong time since I watched Pinocchio but I thought that's who sang the song.

It was Foulfellow on his own. Gideon was there but didn't sing.
