On what date did Space Mountain (De la Terre à la Lune) open at DLP?
It opend to the public on the 1st June 1995 but I also accepted 31st May as this was when the opening ceremony took place where only VIP's were invited onto the ride.
There were Cast Member preview evenings on 27th and 28th April, and there was a local communities day on 24th May.
Did anyone else go to the Elton John concert on the green outside the Newport Bay on the 3rd of June to celebrate the opening of Space Mountain? I remember it rained and watched the concert from the balcony of our hotel bedroom.
