Lot's of (inspired) guesswork on this one, I agree, they were difficult...

This is Winter Summerland, but I will count Blizzard Beach as correct

Hint: Magic Kingdom
This is a donut at the Diamond Horseshoe Saloon

Hint Resort
I had hoped that you would notice the Beignets! This is at Port Orleans (French Quarter)

Hint: Epcot
A couple of correct guesses here... this is indeed the Ice Cream Social at the Garden Grill in Epcot

These are pretty difficult, so I might give points for creative answers if nobody gets it right.
And bonus points go to jns and snookhams!
