October Park Hours?

In March 04 we stayed at the ASMu, and when we checked i they gave us a little brochure that told all the hours of the parks, parades and all of the info we needed for our entire stay, however for that we will have to wait until we check in. So, therefore it doesn't help much with the planning part.

I am waiting for October hours too, but I wanted to share what's on the itinerary that Dreams Unlimited has prepared for me so far (I'm not sure where they got these hours from):

My dates are Oct. 26-31.

MK: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
EPCOT: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
MGM: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
AK: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Again, I'm not sure where they got these hours from, but hopefully they are pretty close to what will be posted (although I was really hoping MGM would be open later!).

October might be a good time to see a new Early entry schedule ala the test program in May.

And, I remember that park hours use to come out earlier...

I'm making all my PS's, and I don't know the hours, and I don't know what the resort discounts (if any) will be...

I'm not so patient. I look at the WDW site almost everyday hoping for them. I've made the same PS arrangements for different days and when the schedule comes out and I can see where we'll be on which day I'll just cancel the PSs we don't need.

Just singing a little song while we went for the October Park Hours to come out. LOL Anyone else starting to go waiting for them?????? I know I am! LOL

We are waiting impatiently also, but mainly for the MK hours. It looks like the hours for Epcot, AK, and MGM are pretty consistent(or am I wrong). Also for our week (10/8-10/15), there are 3 MNSSHPs, so MK will be closed at 6 unless you have MNSSHP tickets. We already have our tickets for the 10/14 MNSSHP.

So, I think we are mainly waiting to find out the times for Wishes and SpectroMagic.

i called disney today for making a few more ps in october.
asked the cm when october hours would be out.
the cm told me he was told by the latest, mid august.

he said it usually varies between 90 to 60 days out to when they post hours, parades, etc. if they post oct dates mid august, that would be 45 days out.
the cm agreed and said disney has been very swamped recently due to specials that were released and they might wait to mid august for projection of hours to close. if a packed house so to speak, it could increase hours at some of the parks. mk will be closing at 6 pm due to mnsshp on some dates and depending on the capacity at the hotels, could influence keeping parks open later than usual.

this is what he told me. of course, if i called back right now, i could get a different answer.

the site you posted lists mgm closing at 7:30. i went last year and it was opened to 8 for some of the nights.

i plan to call them every afternoon to get updates.

i was on hold for 60 minutes yesterday waiting for a cm to answer.
he said many specials going on and lots of people have long waits to get thru.

i have all the time in the world to wait on the phone. it helps my obsession........
i have to know the hours of the parks so i can finish my schedule for my trip.
i am organized for my trips, but not in my house..............lol
