October Park Hours?

by calling the cm at wdw you can get additional 411 .


found out that blizzard beach will be closed october 24 for refurb.

aladin closed sept 13 - october 15

until we get the list up for rehabs and you don't want to wait a few days, i suggest you call wdw and ask a cm. they can give out all the 411 at this point. if the calender comes up today, you will find all your questions can be answered then.
the mgm oct schedule is up now.

do i need to recap parades and fireworks for all the parks for october for the ones just joining us?? it was listed a page back.

Woo hoo! I hedged a bet and booked Chef Mickeys before our Grand Gathering Wishes Fireworks cruise on the 18th hoping Wishes would be around 8!! And it is!!!!!!!!!!

hi all, you can call me raven or mac either is fine, i am a female with a strange name........
this will be my 10th (counting the ones with parents) trip to orlando.
going solo for the first time, leaving the kids at home with dh, oct 1 - 12.
staying on site, doing first mnsshp, first food and wine (will try it after all), and also hitting hhn and will be at hard rock hotel a few nights. sorry, not a traitor to the mouse, just love hrh and hhn............
i subscribe to screamscape, all ears, mouse for less, ioacentral, universal excitment, chainswolf, laughing place, disney echo, debs site, mousesavers, intercot, wdw yahoo groups and i know i am forgetting two more. get lots of 411 from them.
love the character restuarants and have done a lot of them. like to park hop, use the ee then skip to another park by noon to avoid crowds.
always do the pressed pennies (have a great site listing) and my fave ride - tower of terror. maybe i shouldn't say that because then there's hm, pirates, gee i could go on with the favs........lol

Here's my $.02-
Donald's Boat in Toontown is closed until August 12, 2004.
Jungle Cruise will be closed August 22 - September 5, 2004.
Tom Sawyer Island is closed until September 25, 2004.
It's a Small World closed on May 2, 2004 until Spring 2005.
ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter is closed to be replaced by Stitch's great escape opening Fall 2004.
Carousel of Progress is open until Fall 2004.
Timekeeper is open until August 14, 2004.
Pocahontas and her Forest Friends will be closed September 7-11, 2004.
Festival of the Lion King will be closed September 16-18, 2004.
The Boneyard will be closed September 20 - October 14, 2004.
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin will be closed September 13 - October 15, 2004.
OKW pool construction begins September 6 for about 8-10 weeks. The main pool, kiddie pool and main spa will also be closed.

Hi Andrea! That is sooooooooo cool that you won this trip from your job! You guys are going to have a blast!

Hi Raven! Have you ever seen "That's So Raven" on the Disney Channel before? Everytime I see you post on here you remind me of Raven on "That's So Raven", for some reason. When you get back from your trip you will have to let me know how you liked MNSSHP and the Food & Wine, as this is my first time going to both of them as well. Although I have heard a lot of wonderful things about both of them and I am really looking forward to them!


Okay, here is a little bit more about me.

This trip will be my 3rd trip to Disney World.

My fave Characters are: Minnie Mouse and Stitch

My fave Rides are: Splash Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Test Track and the list could just keep going on and on! LOL



And before I forget I am not going to be around this Thursday thru Sunday ( Aug. 5-8), I am going away on a Church weekend. But I will be back on that Monday sometime. So I will leave it up to all of you to help me and Raven keep this thread going while I am gone. Thanks!

Yay They are up!

We are going Oct 9 to 16 with MNSSHP on the 12th. I wanted to see if anyone wanted to meet and do the GF tea one afternoon. Anyone interested? The 11th would probably be a good day for it.
