Any tips for a new solo?

I'm planning my first solo trip for February 2026.

I go to Disney every year so I'm pretty familiar with the parks but It'll be my first time solo so I'd love to know your tips!

I'm a female, 39 and will be there for 7 nights, staying at Old Key West.
If you can manage it, get a LLPP for at least the Magic Kingdom. I did this and it allowed me to meander through the whole park slowly, not having to rush to a LL here or there, but take in each land at my own pace and then just pop into the ride of my choice. It was a luxury but well worth it to me.

I was at OKW this summer with family. There were plenty of times I would go to DS on the boat by myself or walk to the Hospitality House. It is well lit. I recommend watching the fireworks from the bridge outside the hospitality house one night if you are staying back. there were a few families there and I was solo at that moment. You don"t realize how close to Epcot you are! Enjoy!!
