Looking to plan a trip this year. What do you say: October, November, or December?
We love the parks and swimming too! No crowds, we say ewww.:woohoo:

Last year we arrived day before Columbus Day, it was busy all week - Epcot, especially on both weekends - F&W; not quite as bad as Presidants Day was.

We couldn't book @ WL the 1st week in Dec. 6 months out when we first joined, had to settle for the 2nd week; again the parks were very busy.

Neither the week in Oct or Dec were as crowded as the last week in June has been the last couple of years though.

We've been wanting to try the week after Thanksgiving, hear it's slow.

I like the week after Thanksgiving if I want to see Christmas decorations. If not, the third week of October to hit MNSSHP. Both have reasonable crowd levels. We never go on Saturdays though. DVC points are so high on Saturday nights and crowds are heavier. So we make our trips start in the parks on Sunday and end flying out on Saturday.

If you are thinking about 2007, better call MS and see what choices you may have.

There is already limited availability for most days in those months and believe it or not, there are even waitlists for some of the times you are considering.

Beginning or end of October if you're interested in the F & W festival. Otherwise I would shoot for the 1st week of December for a little Holiday spirit.

Carol is right. Any discussion about what time is best may be moot. Call MS because all three of those months may be pretty well booked already. One note: If you like swimming, December can sometimes have some pretty chilly days.
