It was nice.

It wasn't really a vacation............it was the other house to work and get it ready for winter. I did get to see BFF that I only get to see a couple times a year.

The real vacation is almost here, though

Kayla recieved one of her cards today from Nancy (Meriweather) she loves the stickers and confetti (I however HATE the confetti - just kidding)

Thanks for sending it. Also Kayla says she hopes you have a GREAT time at Disney at the end of the month.

Now we are only waiting on 3 more cards - 2 for me and 1 more for Kayla.

Is it just me or is this exchange going slow.

Sorry, I am one of the reasons it's going slow...I have everything ready to go, but haven't been able to get to the post office by 5 all week. I will be up early though so they can go out! Sorry again!

I just went back through and see that both of my cards were received but only 1 of Kayla's was received. Should have arrived early last week. I hope we hear soon about her second card soon.

And Meriweather I was thinking the confetti would look really cool on the mantel but I am scared our kitten will try to eat it so I am trying to come up with something cool todo with it maybe outside on the front porch..... Oh maybe coming out of one of the pumpkins mouths.... Yep I may have to work on that this weekend.

Yes it is on the slower side. Also, the send by date is not till 10/12, so senders do still have time to send out their cards. So they are coming.

Just back from 15 days at WDW and had three cards waiting for me

***Patsy sent me a cute homemade Halloween card and a Halloween wind sock.

***Nancy sent a card with an orange ghost on the front and some stockers and scary party confetti.

***And, from Kayla a cute card with crazy acorns on it with some stickers and "BOO" earrings inside.
