October Exercise Challenge -- Let's get fit together! (34 participants so far!)

60 min run/walk I'm so glad the rain has come and gotten rid of all the smoke in the air. My asthma did not bother me at all on todays run. :banana:

Okay, so I was at 149/2000. I've got another 55 minute training session from last week to add, plus 15 minute workout today, 5 minutes jump rope, and 39 minutes on the treadmill.
So I'm at... 263/2000. I might not make it this month. :confused3 But I'll keep trying! I'm getting back into my marathon training and getting back to the gym. Hopefully I'll have another 100 minutes to add tomorrow.
 
Finally feeling better after a bad cold. Did a 35 minute jog for 400/1000.

50 minute taekwondo class last night
69 minute run (6.2 miles) this morning
