Ted has done such a great job the past several months that his shoes will be very big to fill. :goodvibes I don't have his mad skills with excel either, so please feel free to correct my bad math or failure to make color changes.

The challenge is on. And it's a challenge by you to you! Challenge yourself to do "x" number of minutes of exercise this month and then JUST DO IT!

Post here as frequently as you like and I will start a list in this post and keep it updated as frequently as I can throughout the month. As you post, please tell me how many minutes you have through that date and what your total challenged number is. For example "I did 60 minutes on the treadmill yesterday, and am now at 60/1200".

As you reach milestones for the month, your name and total will change color in this post.
At 10%, you'll be bright pink
When you reach 25%, you'll be orange
When you reach 50%, you'll be purple
When you reach 75%, you'll be turquoise
At 90%, you'll be red (because you are on fire!)
When you hit 100%, you'll be WISH green!

So, let's go, everyone! Post your self-challenge, and I'll make the list here, and then let's watch the list change color!

I'm in. I'll go with a modest 600 minutes for now, but I reserve the right to change it if things pan out.
Cross Country season hits it climax in October so hopefully I will be able to squeeze in a bit of me time.
 
I joined September group and I am doing so good. I really want to test myself for October ......2,000 minutes and I will also be trying to do 30 miles of jogging, running,walking. Woohoo so excited 41 lbs down.........50lbs to go!!!!

And, thank you, Cam, for hosting this month. Ted has done a wonderful job with a fun but time-intensive task.

I'll try 2000 again. The cooler weather seems to be re-energizing me.
 


I'll go for another 1500 this coming month - see if I can keep up the level of activity after the ToT 10-miler.
 
I'm in. I'll go for 700 for October. However one week, I'll be in Disney...I do love jogging around cresent lake early in the morning though! So hopefully I can make my goal!:goodvibes
 


I'm in again. I will stay at 1200 for this month. Hopefull the rains will put out the wildfires and my asthma will retreat along with them.
 
I'll try for 1600 again in October~ need to start training for the WDW 1/2 in January after the ToT 10 miler next week!

Ooh, I'll join. I'll aim for 2000 minutes. Marathon training and personal trainer sessions should really help with that.
 
I'm in again for October. I'll bump my minutes up a bit to 1000. It might be tough for me with our vacation at the beginning of the month and getting ready for moving at the end of it, but I'm trying to aim high (for me) and hopefully come close. Good luck everyone.

I've never done this but need to try something new to motivate myself. So please put me down for 1000
