Cooler weather is quickly approaching and the EVIL Halloween candy is lurking just around the corner. Let's get out & MOVE IT so we can look more like Jack Skellington than a Jack O'Lantern!!

My goal for Oct will be 1600 min again! :cheer2:

I was thinking of boosting my goal but the fact is that with the exception of Sept I have just been making the 1600 min goal and have even missed it a couple of times. I think 1600 min will still be a challenge for me, and I am really motivated by being able to beat my goal like I did last month! I am also looking forward to somewhat cooler, drier weather! :teeth:
 
I'm in for 1000 again. I'd love to up it, but looking over the month of October...it's looking a little crazy, so I'll stick with 1000.

Thanks for doing this! It's really helping me stay on track.

I"m in for a 1000 minutes this month. I KNOW i can reach it , just have to get myself moving and making the time. Now that my foot is doing better, i shouldn't have any excuses. today i did

No. I'm in Eastern NY, Hudson Valley....but my daughter is applying to SUNY Oswego.
 
Well, I'm in for 750 minutes. Gotta get a movin' if I'm gonna keep the weight that I have lost off!
