Today I surpassed my goal. I made a goal of 600 because I haven't done this before and I wanted to do something I could accomplish. Guess next month I'll up it. Might even try for 1000!
Do you count minutes you do crunches, lunges, arms, you know, those little at home exercises? I haven't been but maybe I should.

Oops! Overdid a little and had to back down for a few days due to sore knees. Will need to do a little hustling to make my goal for the month -- 20 minutes a day will do it and still be kind to my joints.
