October Exercise Challenge - don't get mistaken for the Great Pumpkin!

81+40= 121/600 cardio

no answers on whether strength training is included or just cardio?
 
My understanding is that any form of exercise counts, but this is only my second month so I could be wrong.

and I got another 45 min in for today so now I'm at 180/600:thumbsup2
 
I did 36 minutes this morning. I may get in more later, but I'm not sure yet. That brings me to

Finished 40 minutes last night for a grand total of 200 out of 600. 1/3 of the way there! I'm sure I can make it 600 at this pace.
 

I didn't get in a "last chance workout" last night, but I did 35 minutes on the TM this morning. I am at......

ETA: I got in another 75 minutes at the Y on 10/9! That brings me to 466/1200.............P

I saw a question about whether strength training counts. I've been involved here for a long time and from what I've seen it definitely does count! I certainly count it in what I do.
