Colder weather is just around the corner. No need to look like you're all bundled up when you're not. Get out and MOVE! Anything to burn calories....rake leaves, walk a pumpkin patch, walk the dog, catch a class a the gym....just MOVE!!
As usual commit to as few or as many minutes of exercise as you wish to challenge yourself to do. Please post here something like "I'm at 21/400" or just 310/1000. That way I don't have to search to add up all your numbers.

However, I will have to average 73 minutes every day for the next 12 days (or 80 minutes per day for 11 days to take a day off) in order to make my goal before I go to WDW.
