Florida Key Watersports will not come to the dock to pick you up and they are about 2 miles (or so) from the pier... I just called them lol

Bluesky rentals http://keywestblueskyrentals.com/ WILL come and pick you up from the dock. He said to just call as soon as we step off the ship... I resereved a 6 seater and he said for 3 hours it would be 130 bucks. (and a 4 seater for 3 hours was $100)

I started a thread on the main board asking some electric car questions, the biggest I have is PARKING!

As far as What Key West is Like... I went there 2 years ago on a girls trip and had a BLAST!! BUT if you have a child who can read.... steer clear of DUVALL Street.. The tee shirts hanging in the windows are way to funny (crude and lude) for kids to be reading....

We want to hit the Southern most point and maybe the aquarium.

THANK YOU - for the electric car info..I called and reserved a 6-seater for us..So we can make one call to the company and he said they will come and pick the whole lot of us up!!
We are thinking aquarium also...and just driving around to look at things. The museums look to be overrated--and overpriced. Possible on the Pirates museum. Not really wanting to look at Hemingway's house. Heard the Ripley's museum is not very good..even the website isn't promising. So we vetoed that one(or I did) if anybody in my party wants to go that's fine. I will tag along.

Woot! Drag Racing fully loaded Electric Cars! Now that's what I call fun!

I have heard the aquarium is small, but worth it... but who knows.. I only really want to go to the southern most point. We also have some friends in Key West we need to see for a spell.

DS 15yr old would love that!! DGM is going to be in a wheelchair most of the way- has dizzy issues. Thought about hooking up wheelchair to back of the car and letting DS take a joy ride!! What do u think? He wanted to go on the banana boat ride at Castaway Cay- but I thot hey, if I just pull him by the electric car in the wheelchair he should get enough thrill - especially if I turn the corners quick! Save money that way!

Laura, DH and myself were planning on trying the margarita tasting, so count us in on that one.

I checked the passport website today and it says that all 3 of our passports have been mailed. Only took 19 weeks, but whos counting.

We thought about the electric cars in Key West, but the lowest price I found was 140.00 for 4 hours, I decided that it wouldn't kill us to walk.

Why would anybody drag a wheelchair around Key West?..must be some really freaky people down there??!! I don't know anybody that would even suggest such a thing! The nerve!
Hmmmm...I wonder if it would be more interesting to have a dummy dressed up and in the wheelchair.....then you could really scare the bejeebies out of everyone on the streets...

We will be coming in on Oct 5th- staying at the airport hotel. Not going anywhere but the pool before the cruise...and have NO clue when we will be at the port. We have Disney transfers so we are at their mercy!!

On a good note...we will be wearing lime green t's and looking confused! (with buttons!)

what a card don't think she is with me mostly she is a sweet "GIRL ?" guess she wants a trip to remember! still organizing and remodeling clothes. nothing matches, hate to keep spending, want some money left for the cruise. fun trying to get it together tho.

We first plan to go to Daytona Beach for a brief stop over. We will be arriving at Cape Canaveral around 4 p.m. Oct 5th. We will be staying at the Country Inn & Suites.
