My docs are at the TA office. Our TA is on vacation so I talked to someone else. She said I can come by and get them anytime. I told her we are about 40 minutes away. She said UPS will pick them up tomorrow, so I probably will not have mine until Monday. I am going to call tomorrow and see what their hours are Saturday and we may get them then.

I know that I have been a ghost lately but I have had a bunch of stuff going on and have not had the energy. I got the FE list (thanks Kristen) and am looking forward to the cruise....I NEED A VACATION!!!!!!!!!! Renysmon I notricd that you are nest door to my inlaws. Thanks to all who have been working so hard on puting this together.

OK folks..another sign we are getting closer... I just completed the FE delivery assignment listing and deck maps to help find where you are going.

You will need to download and print 3 files to have a complete packet.

Your first file to download is the FE Distribution Handout.

This file has the schedule as to what day each group delivers, it also has the master listing of who is participating, etc. (Thank for the help today Steve)

The next two files are Deck Maps which show where every cabin in the FE is located on the ship. This along with your master listing should make it go a bit faster.

The files are here: FE Deck Map One and FE Deck Map Two These are sized to be printed on regular 8 1/2 x 11 papers

Please note that:

* Yes there is a family listed three times, it was their request to break up their distribution as they have a large group joining in.
* Except for those who requested a certain day to deliver there really is no rhyme or reason to how I split this up, except to spread it around.
* We have 6 groups the first three days and 5 groups the last day.
* If you don't like your assigned day, please don't ask me to switch it, just find someone to switch with you. I am super overwhelmed here at work and just don't have time to contact people to see if they want to switch, this time it is up to you.
* Deliver whenever you wish from 12:00 am - 11:59 pm, this is totally up to you and your family

I am printing out and bringing with me just a few extra copies of these so if you forget yours just track me down on the ship and I will be happy to provide them.

Can't wait to see what everyone has come up with..

This is great Thanks again for doing this. It should not matter but "SuzieQMomofo4" is actualy too families, Just more stuff. My inlaws are in 6080 but she just had me do all of the talking for her, she on the other hand made the great FE for us. We are in 6088. Trying to get caught up, hopeing we can get our documents from the TA this weekend.

Question for past Disney cruisers or anyone who knows the answer...

Do we put the luggage tags on our bags if we are not using the Disney transportation and are arriving a day early? Is it beneficial to put them on our bags before we get to the Disney Terminal?

Jennifer - You have to have the tags on your luggage when you arrive at the port as the porters take your luggage immediately. If you have more luggage than tags the porters will have extras

If you are traveling by car you can put them on before you leave, but if you are traveling by plane I would pack them in a suitcase and then attach the morning before leaving the hotel as the airlines will often remove all tags but your own.

I think that WDWFan is on that flight also. Maybe we can have a preflight meet & greet at the airport.

If you are on that flight, please post where are you staying Friday night and mode of transport that you are using to get their.

It has been rainy and cold all week! I am so really for the Florida sun! Anyone have neat plans for the weekend? It's Thanksgiving here on Monday so were celebratiing over the weekend. Hoping to get some cruise stuff done.

For those who cruised before what is a must the must thing you will do again on this cruise? For us hopefully Palo's brunch if we can get ressies. We also love the sailaway party!

That's our flight! I just hope we make it on time and that my hubby doesn't get stuck at work! He promised to leave early, I just hope he can when the time comes.

Tomorrow we are driving to pick up our cruise documents from our TA instead of waiting for them to be mailed. Catching a movie and then dinner!

As far as repeat on the cruise we are definitly doing Palo's for dinner. Only Adam and I made it to Pirate night so we plan to have all of us do that this time.

We are out of Philly on AirTran at 6:58 PM (Good thing it is not the same flight - would be vey hard to explain to the girls why we know so many people on the flight.

We use the FastTrack economy self park (done it many times before and even left the truck for 3 weeks on last year's Panama Canal Cruise) and our daily rate is $5.75. I highly recommend it.
