To those in the scrapbooking exchange, here are the people who are working on them, the ones in bold print.

We will meet on the day at sea in the morning so as not to impede the rest of the day. Time for this and place are yet to be determined. Sorry for this but I've not had time to really look over the ship decks too much.

OR we could meet on the first night about 9:45 (about 15 minutes) before the group meet at 10.

I'm pretty open at this point. If you have a preference, let me know.

According to the FE list provided by ppartekim (thank you by the way!!) and as of this date 10/12, I've composed a spreadsheet that lists all the babies, children, teens, young adults by each of their ages...

So, I've been watching the weather even though I know better than to bank on a forecast a week away but here is our expected weather for Monday in Nassau

http://www.weather.com/weather/wxdetail/BFXX0005?dayNum=8

I guess I'll check this again next Saturday from Florida and then decide if we should cancel Comfort Suites and Atlantis. The big kids probably wouldn't mind a little rain but I'm not sure I want to take the babies to the beach if it rains.

But we will be on the Disney Dream for our daughters Make a Wish trip from Oct 30- Nov 3.
We will be traveling with myself, my active duty military husband, Jim, our 14 yr old son Austin, 11 yr old son Liam, 10 yr old wish kid Lily and 7 yr old Bella.
So excited I found this page!!!

You are added.... Hopefully, you will get your cabin number tonight or tomorrow morning and I can add it. If not no worries, just stop by our cabin and add it to the master list on the door.

PparteKim is in charge of the FE list, I would contact him :P

I think we'll know more by this Wednesday: we'll be firmly inside a week, and can scan multiple weather sites, to arrive at a consensus. We've never had that "Chamber of Commerce" day at CC, and are hoping that this is the year.

Oh- in 1 week, they'll be stopping ship's services about now, so we can all attend our Muster Stations drill! <1 week until boarding, now.

DW's list:
  1. AquaDuck
  2. New dining rooms
  3. CC
  4. Rainforest Room
  5. The "how to draw a character" class
  6. The sound of the ship's horn
  7. Sitting on our stern verandah during Sail Away

Nassau is showing 60% rain chances Mon-Wed. I'm thankful we haven't booked any excursions. I am also thankful that we can steer around storms and any poor weather. I know the cruise may change it's itinerary due to weather. I would hate to see anyone lose $ on excursions not booked through DCL. Hopefully the weather cooperates, and everyones plans work out!

SO much to do and so little time to do it! What do I do? Pop in on the DIS!

Little things getting done, so we are heading out bright and early Friday. I talked to my friend today and made tentative plans for WDW post-cruise. I really hope his work schedule works out to where he can see the girls onsite their first trip. Having no kids of his own, he is kind of living vicariously a little bit!!!

Hi Everyone.\,

Was the FE list updated on Oct. 7 the last list or is there a newer one of FE cruisers?

Thanks for the info and looking forward to Sunday.

Barbara

Yes, the list has been updated. See post below with the link to help you out.

Just wanted to add that we have another Make a Wish cruiser--2 so far. The first one from a few pages back is Nathan Contreras from Tuscon, AZ, age 6 1/2 and the second is Lily, age 10 from Portland, OR. Both rooms are to be determined. Nathan's family didn't say if they wanted to be in the FE or not. I'm just giving information for those that might be interested.

We have another MAW recipient--Nathan who is about Lily's age and traveling with his parents. I do not know their stateroom but hope to find out so people with FE extras can gift them.

Nathan's family is unable to participate in FE due to packing constraints (medical supplies), finances and the uncertainty they have had as to whether he would be well enough to travel.

I thought he would enjoy a few surprises from those with extras.
MIKE: Can we put him on the FE list with GTY cabin number?

Jan :earsgirl: JLSE50

So where do we go if the weather is bad in Nassau? Lilys wish was to swim with the dolphins at Atlantis. So we are booked there. Not through Disney though. Where do they go otherwise?? We also booked a room at Comfort Inn to get the Atlantis access for the rest of the family. Now I'm getting stressed :(

Also they somehow messed up our room reservation so rather then having adjoining rooms we have them across the hall from each other. (thats why the dealay in our room#) DCL says Make A Wish has to fix it, Make A Wish says Disney has to. I would like to have our family together for this trip and to actually sleep next to my husband. He's recently returned from Iraq. Anyone have any suggestions of how to proceed?

Ok, I added a GTY line with only Nathan as the name
GTY 1 Nathan (b6 - MAW)

Hopefully, someone will get a room number and the rest of the info typically on the line.

Miss Jenn my family will be viewing Atlantis as I know they have a huge aqaurium...you can do that rain or shine! A lot of people also stay right on the Dream as there is so much to do!

In terms of the room mishap I would keep calling and get supervisors if not satisfied with the outcome....I totally understand wanting to keep your family together for this trip and they should be able to figure out a way to accommodate you....maybe they are thinking they are waiting for embarkation so they can work with the others in the room to move them? Not sure but I would keep on it :)
