I'm going black, too.

Hoping everyone will have a great weekend. Tomorrow we are heading out to say goodbye to the Magic as it begins its voyage back to Florida. Hoping the weather will stay nice. :sunny:

Ok Ladies....

What color is your gown for formal night?

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower:

My semi-formal dress will most likely be black (if I don't buy something new in the next few weeks!), but I don't have my formal gown yet. My Mom and I are going shopping in Chicago next weekend and we're planning on getting our gowns there. I don't want to do black, though. Maybe gold, blue or pink. Whatever strikes me at the time...I love shopping :cloud9:

DH just got his tux for formal night...$29.95 on ebay (I love that site!) :cool1:

Trishy-

I just saw page one and was wondering if you could change our info??? We are in room 8518 and there are three of us (me, DH, and DS-4).

My brother and his family are in the room right next to us and they have 3 kids (DD-6, DS-8, DS-10). They are not sure yet if the kids are going to participate in TOTing. It will be a last minute decision based on what the kids want to do. You can just put all four kids under our stateroom (8518) for organizing purposes if that would make things easier!

Also, I would love to be a group leader for TOT if you still need any!!!

Sarah

Thanks Sarah - I'll put the updated info there. Ideally, it would be great to have 8 group leaders total - 2 for each group. Thank you so much for helping out to be a group leader.

:cool1: Getting closer to cruise time.

Hello all, Its 2:30 am and I am just getting in from my scrap booking night. Any Scrapers out there? Working on my Disney Book from WDW. Gotta finish that one before we leave

My formal dress is royal blue. I'm still looking for my girls dresses. I guess the shopping never ends :cool1:

Catch you all latter. Have a great weekend

Black is my dress...I have a beaded wrap for formal night and if I don't find another dress for Semi..I will wear it again with a pink pasmina..less clothes = more shoes!!! I have a shoe/purse thing...I can't help it..it was passed from my mother. My sister has this affliction too...terrible!

trishy- full report from seeing the Magic leave San Pedro, please? Were there a lot of green shirts?

Cruisin Dreams- I'm a scrapper, too. Let's see Cassie is 7 and her book is up to her 1st birthday. Timmy is 12 and I'm up to his 1st day of kindergarten. I'll get to scrap our cruises when I'm babysitting grandchildren, I expect :rotfl: .

Hey everyone.

Wow it is quiet in here.

My formal is Burgandy, DD is black. For semi formail we have matching dresses.

Hope you are all having a great weekend

Kim

My formal is either going to be black, or if I lose some weight before the cruise it may be another color (depending on what I end up fitting into.)
Right now it's black ;)

WOW! Went out to San Pedro today and what a great experience! There is just something so magical about the Magic - really, truly magical. We had a nice patio table at the Ports O Call Restaurant - we had some friends join us. They just got back from their Wonder trip and wanted to see this too. There were lots of people - lime green balloons (a really nice touch - wish I would've thought of it! ) and shirts, banners, and anything else people could wave. The L.A. County Fire Department boat was out pumping the water spray as it was escorted out through the harbor. I'm hoping my pictures came out because there was a beautiful rainbow through the water spray - really pretty. It was great to see all of the lucky, happy passengers all filling the rails, Mickey and Minnie were waving from the Bridge overlook, and everyone was waving their mickey hand banner flags. The captain did the Mickey horn 3 times at different spots as they were going through. I thought that was neat. Even though the kids yelled and screamed about how boring it would be and how much they didn't want to go, we all had a really nice time. I'll get the pix downloaded onto Photosite tomorrow and post the ones that came out good. I'm just so exhausted right now - not from that, but because we had our 15 yr. old daughter drive from here (Temecula area) to San Pedro and back - a long distance. A lot of traffic - It was very stressful. but... she needs that kind of experience before she gets her license next month.

I look forward to having DCL back in L.A. in 2007 - don't know which ship it'll be yet, but I know it'll be just as magical. Anybody else going to sign up for the new ship coming from Europe to the U.S. in 2007? I know we're going to jump at it. :cool1: Should be a lot of sea days.

Talk to you all tomorrow. Have a great weekend!!!:flower:

Good Morning all.

Hey T & P, went to see her yesterday. They just had the hospital bed put in the house. She was only awake basically to say hi and bye, however she was resting peacefully and wasn't in any pain. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers.

Kim
