Hi All : We're back from La Jolla ! Cheri - sorry but I didn't get your pm until I got back we would have liked to meet you too ! Thank you for arranging the wonderful weather even though I was inside the rink for most of the two days we were there. Well since this was the last competition of the year I'm going to bore you with Cassie's results one last time. She thanks you all for your encouragement ! I'm as proud as I can be of her as she placed first in every event that she competed in ! :thewave:

Now I can start planning the crusie a little better.

Thanks all..From what I was told the CLUB is Open until 12 mid...MY Hubby is really adament that the Kids are with us quite a bit( NO CLUE WHY? Maybe he feels guilty) NOT ME>>>I said he can stay with the kids all he wants.. LOL I guess we were planning on having the kids at dinner time? WHo knows..I guess well have to wing it ( i am SUCH A PLANNER,this is KILLING ME!)If we have to keep the LATE time, Im sure it will be fine~ THANKS for all your INPUT ( AND maybe we'll sit with other LATE DIS'rs?)

Congrat to you Cassie

My friend Nancy passed away yesterday morning. Actually not long after I left Saturday she was rushed to the hospital and passed away early yesterday morning. She put up a strong fight, fighting this disease for about 10 years, unfortunately in the end the disease won.

No more sad news, only good thoughts.

We also have late dinner, I prefer it but then again my kids are 13 and 16. I just don't want to be rushed to get ready for dinner.

My 16 year old goes back to school in 1 1/2 weeks DD is 2 weeks.

Is it October yet???

I have early seating for dinner...Now I wish I had late seating...I had late seating on my last cruise and didn't like it, but then again, I didn't have DD. She gets hungry about 6pm so I think I will be ok with early...I don't know!?! *sweating*

just checking if anyone has heard from zachsmom about t-shirts.. cant wait to get them.. especially hearing about the Magic coming home to where she belongs, i know i am a first time cruiser but i feel like i have been on tons of diney cruises thanks to all you lovely people from this board. on behalf of mt dw and myself, i just wanted to thank all of you for making us feel welcome, and i hope when we all meet we can have friendships that last a lifetime....

I am going to do one more information post...hopefully tonight, just to give any last minute stragglers a chance to order. I will send everyone that has ordered the information to contact the printer as soon as they are ready. It will be about two weeks after I place the final order. So we should have them by the end of September at the absolute latest....provided you call her with payment and shipping information!

You can't attach a picture, but you can include it in your post by putting the image in there (there are instructions on the tech support board) but basically you click on the

link above and put in the properties of the picture you want in your post.

So it looks something like this (take out the spaces I put in here)

Someone said they wished they had late dining instead of early--I can tell you that it is EASY to change from late dining to early. Just call DCL (or your travel agent) and ask them to make that change for you.

Well, I am just not in the mood to work today.

I have gotten nothing completed today, so I figure I would just give up trying...lol and check in with you all

I think I may start to pack 1 suitcase this weekend....Hey tarzanman??? Any packed yet. I was thinking just our halloween, pirate costume stuff as well as the stuff that I only need for the cruise and not for our stay at WDW.

OK, does it actually have to be zipped up to count as packed???

I have my packing list completed and am almost finished shopping. DD and I have 1 or 2 more items to pick up and we are done but that we will get just before the cruise.

I think we have decided to skip the Radisson, makes more sense to just stay put at WDW and drive out the next morning. Since we can't get into port anyways till 10:30 why rush??? But I will be there right at 10:30AM so look for us...

Well off to work ha ha who am I kidding off to read some more posts.

I have started packing lists but not actually putting things in a suitcase. That will start soon though. I am working on hanging bags and suits and dresses right now. Nothing major. Just remember to "Whistle while you work!" or pack.
