tiggerandpooh: I have never used them before either, but them came highly recommended on the boards and we have booked through them also. I talked to them in person and the gentleman that I talked to was very kind and helpful - I hope that they don't let us down. I know that we could have used the Disney shuttle, but I tend to get really impatient and thought that it would be better to be on my own time schedule!

zachsmom,

thanks for getting back to cant wait to see the shirts. i also spoke to the people at fl tours, i hope i did the right thing.. where are u staying the night before the cruise, like i said before we are staying at epcot, because we really love the show. when we were on are honeymoon we were there every night. we will probably eat at thresturant in england it was awesome the last time we were there, thats if we do not over stuff ourselves during the day at the food and wine festival..

i was also thinkong of purchasing a t-shirt from disshop.com as they are only 10.00 now, just to wear at ports...

Regarding FL Tours--I use them often (and will be using them next month, and again for our cruise) You can be assured they are reputable.

The owner is very nice...2 years ago after a cruise we took FL Tours back to WDW and then to the airport. My daughter left her gameboy in the van. Andy (the owner) found it and sent it back to me after we were home. I was very happy about that.

How is everyone tonight??

Does anyone know if we are allowed to bring our own beverages of choice on the ship??

I was hoping to bring some beer, pop and water from home to have in our room is this ok??

Also what about bringing it on deck, in the can or bottle OK or do they prefer a cup?

Thank our for your help.

Mike.....hockeychic's DH.....hi honey :love2:

Hi everybody!!! I'll be on the cruise with my mom (sueellen), dad, and brother.

:wave2: Mike...

We have brought our own beverages on-board with us before. It's never been a problem. Come to think of it...I don't ever remember seeing any bottles (doesn't mean there aren't any :confused3 ) I would suggest a cup to be safe.

Hi Tara....glad to see you post. My DD just turned 13, if I'm not mistaken you are 14, correct? Maybe you and my DD can meet up at some point. Just an idea.

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

We are staying in Orlando on Friday night and then heading to Port Canaveral on Saturday. We thought that trying to squeeze in my son's first WDW experience might just be a little much, (he is only 4) but I am so jealous of all of you for getting a headstart on the "Magic". sueellen says we are in good hands with FL Tours, so that made me feel much better! :cool1:

Thanks for the info Ronniejo,I'll bring down some nice Canadian Beer for people to sample..LOL ..pirate: Hi hockeychic.. :love2:

Hi Tara,

My DD will also be 13 by the time we sail, maybe soon we can get a teen thread going for the kids going on this cruise.

Yes I'm 14 and I'd love to meet your daughter. It would be nice to have people my age to hang out with.

I'm going to start a teen thread for the cruise right now. And I'd love to meet and get to know your daughter also.

Good Morning..

Our last cruise...I wore a Jacket and tie to each of the "Formal" nights...and the same to palos...

Disney also Suggests that when in Leumiere's, a jacket also...

Trust me...Alot of people dont wear Jacket and ties..But I had it, so I wore it..

I for one Hate suits..as soon as dinner is over, I go change into my dress shorts for the evening...

Hey Julie, the shirts look great!!!. Do we have any idea on a cost. I would love one actually 4 of them. I would post it online but I am not too good with these things...lol

Sorry Bobby, I am not sure on the rotation, I think if you look back a page Ronniejo posted something similar to what you have there if not the same.

Hope you are all having a great day!!!

Hello all
Bobby that is correct according to Ronnie Jo.

I have a question about formal night also. I have a full length dress that I love but was not sure if others really went that far? :confused3 It will also take up a bit of space in packing. I don't want to go overboard excuse the pun. :rotfl2:

Kim I never responded to your delima of staying with Disney or not but I am glad you are. We questioned the extra money ourselves but decided to stay with Disney mostly because of the age of our girls (11 and 6). They are so excited and even the 11yr old is looking forward to the characters

Again to everyone, I love this board and all the info.
