We are at our timeshare in Maui. It's on the beach. We came here for our anniversary on Thursday. Leaving on Monday. Tim will go back to Florida on Tuesday.

Tried to call you a couple of times, but got the recorder. Will try later. There's 5 hours diff between here and Dallas, not sure what the time diff is with you, so worried I am going to call you too late.

Tile guys are wall boarding up the hole around my fireplace. Taking the old tiles off seemed to be more of a challenge than they thought. I hear pounding but not going down there. Don't wanna see it.

Yes Johnna, the painter showed up! Thank goodness, didn't wanna have to fire him and get someone else. Although, I really would like to know why it is that contractors, painters etc all seem to work in their own time zone. Seems like it takes forever for things to get finished

EVERYONE:

We are going on a train ride around town tomm. and then a picnic lunch at the beach, then they take us back to hotel. Miss Judit went to a luau last night and had her pic taken with one of the cutie dancers. She said her fav part was the fire.

I wish that Tony and Tina's wedding was still playing at the Hyatt, that would have been a fun thing to do for our anniversary dinner, going to a fake wedding....they said it's only playing in Vegas now.

Cheri - Lemoncello is actually a liquerer er er. How do you spell that Beano? Anyhow, I got mine at Trader Joes. It is an ingredient in that yummy icy delight they serve in Palos. It is real oily nasty stuff. But those icy little shots are like pure heaven. Or Buttah in Tenorspeak.

RJ - you having whole house painted? Inside? Outside? Do tell. Any what ever happened with the grout and tile? Is the mauve on the way out!?

Is anyone else sick and tired of the DD singing the songs from High School Musical!? Lord help me.

Ok - have to put the trash out now I love when Neil goes out of town. Somehow, mysteriously always over trash night...hmm...

Morning Peeps!



Johnna: we are just having the trim on the house painted. "Supposedly" it was already white, but um ...no it wasn't. Now it is actually starting to look crisp and clean like white should.

And as far as the mauve tile is concerned...waiting for new quote to cover it (at least in the bar area) but looks like the mauve grout in the kitchen may have to stay

As far as High School Musical goes...I didn't watch it or buy it for the kids (of course mine are older) so I have no idea what torture you are going through sorry!
