Update: The Avalanche was recovered. And yes Bets, Onstar can disable the ignition, if the alarm has been activated. Oddly enough, no alarm. They are definitely saying inside job. So the truck is good, oh, except for that screwdriver in the ignition. So at least they can get home. The trailer, race bike, tools and equipment had not been located when last I talked to neighbor.

this end of the school year stuff is ... sheesh! ... I am soooooooooooooooo looking forward to seeing some peeps in July.

gEt ThIS: OK, I know Chris and Timmmy are in NYC, EVERYBODY knows he and Timmy are in NYC, but does he have to rub it in?

Timmy calls me from Ruth's Chris Steak House. Tells me about "the best pizza in the whole world - Lombardi's {hope I got that right}. THEN! Chris sends me pictures of ... the corned beef at Carnegie Deli (to die for!! too!) ... and now a pix of some mountain of oreo ice cream thing!

... so anyway...

Uh, TRM, when you gonna come fix the hearth on my fireplace? Oh and my fountain needs restuccoing. And, I have a bathroom that has never been painted... just in case you are looking for things to do.

i spent the day at the Us Open, i met with Chris and Timmy at 9:30am and we watched a lot of the morning groups go around, then at about 1 pm, i walked back to the first tee to watch Fred Couples play, i watched him for 9 holes, then iwent over and got a good spot on the 18th hole to watch all the groups finish. it was a great fathers day present from Linda, and a great expierence for me to be at a major championship. All in all i had a wonderful day, it was great to see Chris and Timmy...

Rj: hope you had a good time camping and roughing it in the woods...
