ophie - go buy some sod pieces and break them in half...put them in various spots of dirt...they will spread fairly quick. My old house had dirt for a yard when I moved in..I bought St Augustine plugs and sod and it filled in pretty quick

Betsy forgot one detail--lots and lots of water, in the morning before the sun gets hot. No watering at night because it promotes fungus and you haven't lived unless you had tried to get rid of fungus in your yard. Been there, done that. No more, however, in the condo. I leave it up to the maintenance crew for that. Betsy's Mama-Anne

Just found out that the Croutons are on the same return flight from FL to CA with the Evil Knebels! All 8 of us in first class? Uh oh.

Hope they have lots of champagne.

I don't know about the Christmas Cruise. Doing the 11 night in September and the the Repo back from Spain in 2007.

Going back to WDW in July! What do you mean you can't do the Christmas cruise in '07? Why not? LOL!

Thanks for the grass tips! I hope that they work. We turned on the sprinklers that had been off and hopefully that will help. Fertilizer might help too. We will have to see. Painting will be next I think. All of the walls in the house are white and that just won't do.
