Got in on the phone line at 7:00...stillmaking ressies...system seems to be really slow for them but so far so good with making 3 out of the 10 i need to make

just hung up...got everything I wanted(April 21-May1)...it took 35 minutes to make 10 adrs...the system seems to be very slow, she had to check Tepen Edo twice ( the first time at 7:10 it wasn't loaded in the system at all )All the popular resturants were wide open whenI got through

Here's my story...got up @ 4:00 and headed to work (I have dial-up at home). Went through the *crash* with everyone else. Had 3 cell phones ready. Cell #1, busy, Cell #2 got in - put on hold, Cell #3 - - - BINGO! got a live person! Booked Hoop Dee Doo, Rose & Crown, Chef Mickeys, Crystal Palace, 1900 Park Fare, and Liberty Tree Tavern and then *CRASH* - - the very nice CM said "I just lost all of the reservations." "Let me try again." She was able to get all of them back but Liberty Tree Tavern! She was wonderful. She give me all the confirmation numbers and tried again for LTT. "GOT IT" she said!!!! Sending those of you still on hold some

I can't even get on hold and I've been up all night... trying since 3am on the computer and before 7am on the phone. NOTHING.

Is everyone for the past couple months plus the next 90 days trying to book today???

Could they not come up with a staggered system?

I got through online at 6 sharp, only for the system to stall and then timeout - then could not get back in.

I then called as well as my husband at 7 sharp- he got through - only to get so far and be told they were "experienceing technical difficulties" and get hung up on by an automated system -

They have been messing with teh ADR's for some time now and I can no longer make excuses for them - they are really failing in the guest experience on many levels!
