I'm sorry that you had a bad experience and I share your frustration, but I really don't think a letter is necessary. We all knew that today was going to be a mess. I'm sure that Disney knew that today was going to be a mess. There really was no way to work around the sheer volume of calls that they were going to handle today. The only way for Disney to have avoided this was to invest in servers, POS and CMs - but why? Fiscally, that would have been ridiculous to do for a few days of high volume calling.PARTIAL

NOOOO!!!!After trying for 6.h hours to get through, I finally do and what happens? I HUNG UP ON MYSELF!!!
DD* wanted to hear the disney music so I tried to push the speaker phone button and instead pushed the talk bytton!
