well, site is up, but keeps timing out I have Le Cellier in the cart, for my birthday dinner, at the time I want but it won't get past where I enter my name/phone number info

I got everything I wanted but Crystal Palace which was booked solid.... which I thought was very weird!! For Feb 11-15th I got

Le Cellier
CRT - dinner
Boma
Chef Mickey - breakfast

I'm still going to try for Crystal Palace. I just find it hard to believe that there was nothing for CP on any of those days.

I thought the Crystal Palace was closing for a refurb or something. That may be why it was unavailable.

I can't get through on-line or on the phone.

finally got through! after 2 hours of hitting re-dial. I hope the systems are up by the time I get an agent!!!!!!!!!!!! 7 minute wait time

I'm getting the same "new application" thing when I go online. Just get a busy signal through the phone. I'll just keep trying when I can! Oh well, not the end of the world if I don't get Le Cellier or CP, although I would really like CP! It's DH that wants Le Cellier.... LOL, I really want Teppan Edo so this might work out to my advantage anyway!

MY Cm had to break it in to 2 ressies as well, but I had 13 total. She said the system has been getting bogged dow when they try to do more than 6 or 7 so she closed them out then started again.

I was able to get CRT for 3/29 at 8:05pm. I couldn't get Mickey's Backyard BBQ though. Hopefully someone will cancel before we go!

Tried at 9:15 am EST and the online system was down, so I thought I would call MS... busy line twice, then got through, but 15 minute wait to speak to a CM. She stated that the system was unavailable and there was no time given for when it might be available. Didn't Disney realize that all the "planners" would want to exercise the 180 day booking window TODAY! I am going to keep trying every 30 minutes, okay that would be a little over the top, so every hour!

I just got off the phone and got everything I wanted. She did have to redo a couple of them because the information wasn't sticking so I will double check later.
So glad to be done

it was working I made 4 ressies for april and then checked and got confirmations
I went back in to make the rest placed them in the cart and now they are all gone and the system is not responding.

Unless my Confirmation numbers do not work as was suggested... I got all of my reservations for March 20-27 except for CRT which my CM tried to get twice but said she heard it is not loaded into the system yet..

But I am curious as to how others have booked it... trips in different months than March?

My CM was in Orlando in a call center. She said there is one in Tampa as well. Perhaps one of them is slower than the other location??

Keep trying and good luck everyone. I am online trying to get CRT now and will call throughout the day as we have an 8AM BBB that we want to follow with Cindy's Breakfast
