Got almost all the way through the phone prompts and then it said "we are having technnical difficulties" Tried calling back and the operator keeps telling me my call did not go through.... gonna be a long day!

I'm booking ADRs for my brothers February birthday trip, as he headed off to school, he put his hand on my shoulder and went, "I just want to say good luck, we're all counting on you"

We've been referring to this morning as "d-Day" for the past week or so! LOL!
