Only for those people who do not have a passport. With a PP no other ID is required.

Just thought I'd mention this, since everyone is in shopping mode ..... if you have a Fish Extender, you may want to consider decorating it, making it personal. I suggest either fabric markers if you want to write on it, or just a bunch of stickers, Disney or otherwise, to spiffy them up. Alphabet stickers are fun for putting on dates, names etc.

Also, just another thought, but if you bring on-board a Sharpie marker, you can write your name (and/or stateroom number) on the back of your Fish Extender.

And -- I only have ONE MORE Fish Extender to sew! Then I'm done and can get them all packed up!

Down to the final crunch here. Packing begins in earnest tonight, with the goal of having it finished tomorrow afternoon. Laundry is on -- stuff to pack -- as I type.

Groceries are bought so our DS won't starve while we're away. Dog food and cat food are all stocked up so they also won't starve.

Bills are paid. Still haven't found magnet paper to run through printer, so door signs might have to wait till tomorrow to be printed. Library books are due tomorrow. Now, housecleaning. Yikes! THAT'S what I've definitely been putting off!

Hubby wants to leave about 4 a.m. Thursday morning -- I know I likely won't sleep a wink so it'll still seem like Wednesday night to me. First night destination is Knoxville TN. Friday night is ? Savannah, maybe. Saturday and Sunday we're in Orlando (Sunday dinner at the GF, Citricos ), then on Monday we're off to Cocoa Beach for the week. Then, that Saturday, WE CRUISE!

Can't wait to meet you all finally!

I CLEANED CLEANED CLEANED! today!
I have someone coming to stay at our house to sit our dog...........so it had to especially clean..............And as i have worked the past 7 days it looked like a FLORIDA HURRICANE went through it!

I have 2 bags totally packed working on bag 3.................BUT i was thinking that i only had 8 bags to pack but that is incorrect cuz i have one for the hotel before the cruise and 2 small carry ons.........so all in all i have 11 bags to pack and i have completed 2 so i have 9 left to go!!!!!!!!

Hi there.

So we have always done on a Thanksgiving cruise, however, this year it is stuffed full. So after about two weeks of looking at all our possible options and the fact that we love the Magic decorated for the holidays at 3pm today we decided why not celebrate Halloween on the Magic.

Now I am not currently holding a paid reservation in my hand because I am a teacher and that means I will need a 5 day vacation. So we decided not to pay until I talked to the principal and made sure she was not going to flip out on me.

However, 575 pages is a lot to read when we are only going to have 10 days to get ready. typically we give ourselves 4-6weeks to prep. I will not be making our quilt top to get signed so I do not have that stress.

As of now our party will be my, husband, and our 3 year old who is a seasoned cruiser. She will be playing with two of her favorite CM's in Flounders.

So we would love to join the fun if you will have us....off to take a few deep breaths....I cannot believe we are going to try and pull this off in such little time.

has anyone else done this? and do you want to share??

I make what I like to call the Spreadsheet O Fun for every cruise. It has the things that I know we will not changed typed in and then I bring a pencil to put the rest in. I do the schedule by the hour.

I can hardly work... I have a mental list going to add to the written list. Piles of stuff to pack are all over my house... I wake up in the middle of the night thinking about what we'll be doing in 8 days, or 10 days or 14 days... I'm going nuts!!!

NO - my DISBoards was not hijacked by DIZZI!

I'm going to Target tomorrow to get the printer ink (grrrrr... 3 stores in the last two days and no one had it in stock. Target is HOLDING it for me! I'll also pick up some final things.

Has anyone found the travel size of the Downy's Wrinkle Releaser? Fabric pens are needed for the Mat (of a Disney Picture frame to have the characters sign).... little trinkets for the Fish Extenders... I need a friend to go to Costco or Sam's to buy the phone cards for the CM's in the Oceaneer's Lab (Way less expensive for many more minutes) .... Um.... is somebody writing this down for me???
