Anyone know the dimensions of the round thing on the door with the room number on it. I want to make Mickey ears for it, but not sure what size to make them.

Here's what I am talking about..........

Mel, head here and download the big mickey ear file, I got them from a poster on the DIS they are suppose to fit the room # perfectly.

Unfortunately I did not get them. Good thing I did not tell my daughter about it. This way it is only me that is disappointed! I think it was sold out in five minutes. Oh well - - I tried.

I will definitely have my Fish Extender up!!

I was thinking of maybe sewing some extras and selling them on board (not for very much ) -- would anyone be interested? I already have some pirate fabric, and some underwater-creatures fabric -- slap some Disney stickers on the pockets and -- instant Disney fish extender!

If anyone is interested, they can post here or PM me. Like I said, my fish extender will be up and I will be gifting into any fish extenders I see around the ship

I will have some Fish Extenders all made up and ready for action at our get-together by the Goofy Pool before we sail-away. Right now, I have pirate fabric and fabric with fish and other underwater creatures on it, and I will look for some Disney fabric too, so that I have a better choice to offer you guys.

As far as what you "gift" into a Fish Extender, it's really anything you want to give that's not overly big or heavy. Last year, I found little bags of candy, pencils with pirate skull-and-crossbones on them, little rubber duckies wearing pirate bandannas, Disney magnets (some clever person bought Mickey shaped buttons and glued a magnet to the back, they were really cute), even Disney stickers or pirate stickers. Some gifts had no indication who had left them, while some had little tags with the person's DISBoard name.

It was sooooo much fun! I can't wait to do it again this year

According to my calender here at work, I only have 26 more days until we leave for WDW! The closer it gets, the less I want to work. Anyone else feeling that way?

I deffo know how you feel! I have only 5 more shifts including tonight, and I am not feeling like them one little bit!

I guess I am lucky being done work by next week, but even still, last month I was in the mindframe of working extra hard to pay rent in advance for my time off, but now I am pretty much set- so I really don't wanna go to work!

What the heck is a fish extender?

JNS - I just tried to e-mail my details to you in a PM but the computer linked and all went quietly away. We have a lot of things going on (mostly spa related) We are coming into FL on Thurs, badell (Beth) and DH (Bill) from Tucson and Penny and John from MD. Gonna do The Epcot Food & Wine on Fri. Staying at Saratoga Springs resort, taking bus from there to ship on Sat.
