Jen (Nenner1) has volunteered to put this together as she did on the 2010 Halloween DCL Magic cruise. Volunteers will be needed to supply candy or other treats and to man/woman the trick or treat stations. Much more info will come about this event as we get closer to the cruise. Also any ideas or discussion about this are welcome on the thread. For an idea of how this may work
