Nothing catchy like 'Meet the Faulkners", but here goes my intro...

I am Michelle and have finally reached the Big 3-0! Dh is Pedro and he is 33. I have 2 girls. Briana is 10 and Alyssa is 8. They absolutely love the clubs! Briana loves Nintendo DS and any type of video games. Alyssa is a girly girl, and prefers dancing, cheerleading, make up, and all that kind of stuff.
This is our 3rd Disney cruise. Never cruised with any other lines and don't plan on it! We have done the eastern caribbean and the mediterranean cruise. The Med cruise was a trip of a lifetime!!! I am praying they go back...especially to the Greek islands! We are also DVC members and try to visit Disney often. I think those are the main things for now!

Ok, OK, I'll bite. I am Cheryl and this will be our 4th cruise on DCL, the last being an Eastern in Feb 2008, which was fantastic. We were hooked after doing the Land & Sea in 2004 and can't wait for the new ships with new itineraries! We are also DVC members, and have used both points and $ for the cruise in the past, and plan on rebooking while onboard. I have been a "lurker" on DIS for several years now, bordering on DIS LURKER Maniac! We did book this cruise in 2006 and changed it once, last year, so we did book a while ago.

Oh - and we're going to WDW the week before as well - staying at All Star Movies from the 18th - 25th. Our plan is to do MNSSHP on the 19th. Would love to meet up with some other dissers.

4 months from tonight we are on the Magic on our way to Castaway Cay!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the great info and the warm welcome

We have done the stingrays in CC, and we liked it, but not the murky water when it was time to "swim" with the rays. I am happy to hear the water is fairly shallow, so DS should be ok in that category. It will be the going off the boat part, but we should be able to work on that for the next 4 months!!!

ahh i was wondering because i reserved a limo and wondered if anyone wanted to pitch in and ride up in style, but we already have 6 coming and it is a 10 passenger, so 6 people with luggage....ooooooooooowell. how soon before the cruise will you be coming to the Vero Disney Resort? i literally live like 5 minutes from it. we go to the beach right next door to it all the time, its pretty much where i grew up lol.

if i did in fact forget to mention...here i go! me and my hubby both passed our tests on saturday! we are going to open a inhome daycare and this is one of the first steps, no for background checks, hubbys CPR training, finger printing.....wish us luck!

Hi all! Thought I would join in on the reintroduction of our family- we cannot wait to join everyone. This trip has consumed us for the whole YEAR! This will be our 2nd Disney cruise and my 4th cruise overall. Would love to try a meditteranean cruise with Disney- my last meditteranean was with Carnival.

My name is Laura (41yrs old but feel like I am still in my early 30's) and my husband is Rob (35yrs old- that is why I stay so young . We have two wonderful children- Ryan (5yrs) and Kara (2 1/2- 3 at time of cruise). We also have our golden retriever puppy-Max and two cats- Simon and Murphy.

I am a recent stay at home mom. Still trying to get the hang of it. It is sure harder than I thought it would be! My husband is a warehouse manager. We live in Toledo OH but travel often to Indianapolis, Columbus, Chicago. We also go to the lake often in Michigan. I need to find some recent photos to post soon along with some recent pictures of our golden retriever puppy- he has grown tons since our last pictures.

The limo sounds nice! Thanks for checking. Plans right now are to be at Vero for one night. We are considering staying there next summer and thought we would check it out.

Congrats and good luck. I am sure that running a day care will take a ton of work but it to me sounds like a fantastic job. I love little kids and especially love listening to them talk with each other!!!!
