I drive my family crazy counting down to cruises. I have a chain around my living room right now counting down to my March 9th cruise....then will put up the one for this cruise.

Every morning starts with .....guess how many sleeps!!!!

LOL!!! Last cruise I was pg. Found out months after we booked and my fellow cruisers were some of the very first to know! That was really funny! So this time we will have a just turned two year old and a six year old. Our first cruise Tori was 2 almost three! She's done the little kids club now on to the bigger kids club, she says! What a hoot!

I saw the countdown on someone's siggy and commented to DH that it seemed so little time now til our cruise until you realize it's the same amount of time to have a baby - which seems to be forever when you're pg!!!

Yeah, we are later in life parents with our wee ones. Most of our friends have kids in high school and college! Here we are with one in Kindergarten and one just learning how to walk and talk! Stages of life, you know....

I did find over on the Navigator section here a set from a double dip in 2006 that had Costa Maya. Was interesting to look at but wonder how much of it will change for our cruise. Had some excursion stuff, too. Will have to find the link again.

Half day at school today, so gotta go get the girl from the bus stop. Catch y'all later!

PAINTING?!?!?!?!?

Oh yeah i am painting!!!!!!!!

I have primered 2 and 1/2 walls and 5 doors...............yes we have 5 doors in our living area..............3 are in a small alcove...

I started color on one ofe thedoors just so i could get a taste and i didnt like it.

So i now i think i am going o have to mix the color with white...........Dh is crazy angry at me right now for even suggesting but the color seems more like a bedroom than a living room or even a bathroom. SO i need to lighten it up!!!!!!!!

Oh well he willget over itas soon as he starts helping after work tonight!!!!!

Wow we are just so chatty today.

I am considering WW, but don't know if I could make it to all the weight ins. Trying to find the outline, point structure ext. on the web but nothing. I guess trying to get something for free isn't going to work for me today

We are getting pelted with snow today......crazy!!!!! I wish I was back in Florida!!!!

I totally understand with the whole paint thing. We just did that a few months ago. I'm sooooo happy that is done. lol

Ahhhh snow is almost here too. we are supposed to be getting only about an inch or two this time. But I guess its better then what we have been getting. I love the snow but not as much as the warm weather.

Has anyone heard how the reconstruction on Costa Maya is going? When I booked the cruise my guy told me that as of Nov. (2007) they were not going there. But he said that its supposed to be back up and running by Oct. I was just wondering how that was going. Oh well, I know we will all have a good time no matter what.

No babies for us here either. First DD will be 17 on the cruise - last year for the teen room and the other DD will be 13 - she can't wait for the teen room. Has anyone had trouble getting into the Halloween on the high seas page? I tried last night and again this morning and couldn't get in.

I am so excited about this cruise!!!!

From what I understand from another cruise website is that Costa Maya is ahead of schedule but still no word on when the cruise ships will go back.

Yaaa more teens, DD will be thrilled. I just also hope there are some DS's age he will be 19...just turned 19 actually too old for the Stack which he loved and too young for the bars which he isn't interested in as he isn't a drinker or dancer....don't know where he will be but he is looking forward to being able to get into PALO this time

well i am close very close to be 100% done with the primer.

The more the doors dry with the color on them the better they look .......... but i still think it is too much for a wall!

Especially since this is a rented house and i would hate to have to paint over it when we leave.

Well we wont have any babys either,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
My tubes have been tied for 11 years since the birth of my YOUNGEST DD.

None of our children are biologically my Dh they are all from a previous marriage.(LIFE)

And even though he loves them alot and is a great dad, i think some days he wishes he would have had his own. I offered to get my tubes untied YEARS ago to have a child with him........BUT NOW>>>>>>>>>>>>NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!

JUST STARTING color on the walls!!!!!!!!
WOW, i dont think i will have it done in one day but now Dh is here to help!!!!
So maybe we can cut the color down to 4 hours time and maybe i will be able to push my furniture out of the middle of the floor!!!!!!

I have not been to the other site today but was there last night!
It was working fine for me!!!!!!
