We leave the house at 4:30 a.m. on Friday. Since it looks like I will not have time to do anything prior to Thursday, i will probably not be on chat that night.

Suzie, are you telling me that I missed some great chat topics last night? I guess that is not at bad as missing the Red Sox win! I was doing a nightly inspection of my eyelids, results are inconclusive, may have to re-inspect after lunch today!

Will be around most of the week as we don't leave until Thursday afternoon. We are taking the laptop with us, DH doesn't go anywhere without it. But we will be in the air most of Thursday night. We leave Chicago around 7:30 arriving in Orlando around 11:15. So, yep, I won't be around for chat on Thursday night. Have fun.

We were onboard for the premier of Prince Caspian. They had a midnight show, then two evening shows in the Walt Disney Theatre.

The "pins" we got were pin-back buttons (the round metal type).

We're going to Kohls and Target today for last-minute shopping and FE gifts.

We catch a 6 a.m flyaway to LAX Friday morning-- and the trip begins

I packed the kids stuff today and we are going to need a few more bags then I thought!!! Having been a DVC member for the past 6 years I have cut down the amount of clothing we bring b/c we had A W/D in our room. This is a 7 night trip with formal nights!! Whre am I supposed top put all this stuff!!!!!

I have not even gotten my clothes out yet!! I have my shoes ready DH doesn't understand the need for 8 or 9 pairs!! Men!! one pair of dress shoes, sneakers and flip-flops!!!( Maybe I should leave a few at home))))

Oh well!! This is going to be interesting!!!

WHOOHOO! I knew we could do it!

Reorganized and got down to 3 big suitcases, 1 medium, 1 garment bag and 1 small carryon size (for shoes). Total of 6!!!!!! The only thing left to pack is on pair of shorts (forgot to wash and pack!!) and cosmetic/manly shave kit stuff (all the last minute stuff, you know....).

YEAH! The best part is the stress free-ness (is that a mouthful of a word or what?!) of the rest of my week now!!!! Sit back, relax (sort of) and watch the clock tick by......yahoo!!!!!

Laurel, very nice FE! Meant to tell you earlier and got sidetracked!

Wishing everyone safe travels to Orlando, whether flying or driving.

I really can't wait for Saturday to finally meet at the Promenade Lounge for our Dis-meet (3 pm everyone, don't forget!!!).

Oh, and don't forget - lunch on Michael at Topsiders! Thanks again, Michael. What a guy.......

OK - Shoes. I have skinnied down to the absolute minimum. I have a red pair of fitflops for everyday, a black sequin pair for evening, and a pair of tennys for WDW. That's it! And I could probably get rid of the red pair, but they have tenure on last years cruise!
