Well here's one of the KK meet...

We didn't get to hang out to much with you all because of DD not wanting to go into the clubs until the last couple of night. I soooo wish I was going on the October cruise, makes me cry thinking about it everytime. I feel I have gotten to know most of you so much better now. I am very happy though that I got to spend sometime with Jeff, Chris, and Heather, and their families in August.

I know I can't wait! Our luck will be that the high school will have Homecoming and they'll vote Emily on the court.

Gotta love the "built-in babysitter" don't ya?

We have problems finding/keeping them (we moved, they get too old, and another was very responsible and then stood us up 1 day before New Year's Eve 2 years ago).

It is nice. But we still pay her. I don't want her to feel like she is always just going to be dumped on. Although her pay isn't what we would have to pay someone else.....but she doesn't know that.

We went there on New Year's night (not Eve - 3 hour wait then).

I love the Lamb there. They will cut the rack into chops for you.

Have a great dinner.

1 1/2 hour wait. We decided not to wait. So, we ended up at Red Robin. It was ok. Then some shopping.

LOL, yup...there's the little baldy LOL!!!


She still doesn't have much hair though We went to Gymboree today...first class of the winter session and there's girls there (same age as Kira) with hair down past their shoulders

Except for the little curl I cut off for a keepsake, she still hasn't even had a haircut

Guess she takes after Rob's side with the no hair thing

I'd have no problem paying the older sibling. What I'd like is you control the babysitter, so when you need them, they're available.

Wow, 1 1/2 hours. We did call ahead seating when we went.

Although, Red Robin is good too. Just not good for the diet. I love the A-1 Peppercorn Burger and the Whiskey River BBQ one (they do that one with Chicken along with Beef).

I went to the wine tasting but don't drink wine. I still had a really good time.

I am not a wine taster, but I learned some things, and found some I liked. It was alot of fun.

When converting Kira's bed, couldn't you have used the end boards for a head and foot board and made it a single bed? That is how DS's bed converted. It went from Crib to Infant/Toddler Bed to Single to Double. They call it a Crib (or Bed) for Life.

We have since made it a double and put it in the Guest Room and got him bunk beds (single for both).

Do I sleep in a crib at your house??

Glad you found us too. Not much to read back on yet. Hopefully people will come around and post. It's nice to relive the memories of the KK. It will be nice seeing everyone on KK2 as well.

OK, I'm so embarrassed to admit this, but who am I talking to on this picture? I can't identify the lady with the red top and white capris? I'm usually so good at this stuff.
