thanks for the update.....i would also assume that most of the nights on the ship will be indoors with the millions of activities to do

Just watch out if they crank the AC inside. You may need that sweater.

Let me go out and see what the furthest temps I can get for Key West, Grand Cayman, Coz, and Nassau (use for CC) are.

jeff do you think we will get another mildstone before we leave?

Definitely. Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

My prediction of the low 37,000's, it may have been 37,500, may come pretty close.

We will see one I bet the week after the cruise, but this thread will be dead by the first week in November.

Just you, Jessalynn and I.

I will tell you the board is moving real slow for me.

I'm popping over in between work things.

ill be popping in well i should say i am popping in between printing off and working on the shirts

nothing like waiting till the last min!

so it is defenitly slower

Here's what I found (latest day would be 10/23, so I'll use that if the actual day isn't available):

Key West: Hi=87, Lo=81, Rain=30%
Grand Cayman: Hi=84, Lo=79, Rain=60%
Cozumel: Hi=85, Lo=75, Rain=60%
Castaway: Hi=86, Lo=76, Rain=40%

We had some that were crappy, but we picked up some new ones at the Cabela's store in August. They were on sale and have an 8 mile range (but that is in an open area). They worked well when we went to state fair as well as in WDW last month.

We paid about $40 on sale for them.

We are borrowing my parents set. They camp alot and use them frequently. They are Motorolas, my dad said he paid alot for them so I assume they are pretty solid. They have multi channels. Sorry I can't help out on the specs, but lots of folks seem to be bringing them.:confused3 :confused3 :confused3 :confused3 :rolleyes1

I think our are Motorolas too.

I figure if we have a long range, it should work on the ship. With all that metal, it will cut down on the effectiveness. The cheaper ones we had would not go from Deck 3 to Deck 9. I had to call my DW on her cell phone to ask her about a dining issue once.

I just checked the Magic's Medical Clinic site and good thing for you, that they rent out walkers and wheelchairs.

P.S. Dad's bringing the Geritol and Icey Hot for Team GOM. :rotfl2:

tony my friend, what you seem to be forgetting is that your mom(aka mother goose) has seen you guys play.:rolleyes1 : and from what she tells us, you guys have a better chance of beating us in a game of nintendo:laughing:
as for the clinic, it wouldnt be the first time ive needed the defibulators to bring me back to life. but from what your mom says, the GOM team could beat you guys from our wheelchairs.:lmao:
besides, with big red cheering me on, how can i lose?:cheer2:

robin is finnishing tag gifts now.:wizard:
do me a favor and pretend like you like them.:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Night Mike. Have good time at work (if that's possible).

Suz just finished the other half of ours tonight. She did one half about 2-3 weeks ago and then took a break and then did the others tonight.

Hope everyone likes them.

Hey everyone - I am trying to get packed and I cant decide how much warm clothes to bring?

Will we need sweaters or jackets at night??

Thanks
Jessalynn

  4 more sleeps:banana:  3 more work days:banana:

We were on the Wonder in mid November last year and needed them 1 night. I also bring a nice sweater for the dining rooms because I tend to always land under the AC vent. I packed my Mickey sweat jacket and Sarah packed her RFC sweatshirt, plus 1 pair of sweats for the 2 of us. DH is a human heater so I don't think he will need one.

All these people on and no one is talking? :confused3

My DH is a human heater also. I figure if I get cold I will just cuddle up to him. Heck it gives me a reason to cuddle and tick off the older kids. :lmao:
