Yes, Letterman pays for that kind of stuff. I'm not sure how much, though. And I guess it probably depends on your perspective if it's the pet or the trick that is stupid.

BTW - that picture of the Magic leaving port tonight was great, but the water looked pretty choppy. I hope you guys have smoother seas when you sail next week.

If any of you folks with teenagers want to torment them during the cruise, you are welcome to have them join us for meals. We will sit them between my 7 YO and 4 YO boys. They could use a referee. You could always just use it as a threat! I am not sure my 3 sons will make it to their teenage years.

There was a picture/snapshot from earlier in the day and a big rain/thunder cloud was in the distance. Not sure if they had storms.

I also saw it was late again leaving. 5:49 when it passed the camera. Usually passes by 5:20-5:25.

It was a great party.

The only downer was before we left for the nursing home. I started crying as I was making my Mom's b-day card on the computer.

When we got there...
We set it all up and had everyone in a separate room. Then Mike and I went down the hall to get Mom & Dad. Mom squealed when we took her in the room.

Although...

Mike said he was counting on us putting on tube tops and doing a little jumping and cheering.

That'll happen.

I'll tell you what a wacko I am ... I would have taken pictures of the canine devastation and shared them with everyone here.

I know it wasn't funny when it happened, but it reminds me so much of stuff that a dog of ours did when I was in high school that I can't help but laugh.

I had a message on my answering machine Thursday night from Lindy Loo - she and her family are safe in Florida where I'm sure they are enjoying the start of a much needed and deserved vacation.

No pictures were the last thing I was thinking of. I had a DH who was after the dog to beat her to death and a child who was crying because the dog ate her tattoo tongue fruit roll ups.

Trust me... It's not a typo!

It'll be 32 years on the 18th of October. We got married when Mike was 19 and I was 20 and had our first child over 2 years later.

I don't recommend it. It's tough going to college when you're working full time, running a household and chasing kids.

Although, we are good together and I wouldn't trade those 32 years for anything. I got a real prize... and I'm definately going to keep him.

But I'm not sharing him with Cinnamon.

Oh so you are Tart Annihilator! I am slow on the upswing. So Mike is Dyerneed?

Starting to learn the players now that we are a week away.

Who is cinnamon?

There is a girl whom I sold a condo 2 doors down from us. She has long red hair. A friend of ours, who knows her, said she is a stripper.

So... My dd and I nicknamed her Cinnamon. Mike (my dh) always teases me and says she can come over and practice her dance any time.

It has been a running joke on here for quite a while.

She has amazing similarities to the girl on here called "BIG RED" (she's the one with the Jessica Rabbit avatar)

If you want to catch up on "Big Red"... her first post and the story starts on page 1403. (Nancy (cntkg1) and I tend to bad mouth her a lot) She has often times been called a "TART" (thus, the "Tart Annihilator")

I don't think the tattoos had a chance to work. She ate the roll up still attached to the paper it comes on.
